Team Registration and Rosters:

• Teams must submit their rosters by the registration deadline to ensure eligibility.
• It's crucial that the registration roster matches the game roster precisely.
• Remember, adding players to the game roster does not automatically register them. Each player must be registered individually.
• Players are not permitted to play on two teams within the same division during a season.

Rosters are an essential part of our league organization. Each team must submit their roster by the registration deadline. Remember, your Registration Roster and your Game Roster must match EXACTLY! It's the responsibility of the Coach/Manager to add players to both rosters.

Additionally, there's a maximum limit of 15 players per team. This means that each team can have up to 15 players registered for the season. It's important to adhere to this limit to ensure fairness and equal opportunities for all teams.

Referees and Decisions:

Our games are officiated by three referees whose decisions are final.

Forfeits:

If teams don't have enough players, lose some during a game, or forget to pay their registration fees, they might end up forfeiting. And nobody wants that, right? If a forfeit happens, it's a 3-0 loss for the team that had to forfeit.

Player Eligibility:

• Players must be 18 years or older to participate.
• Identification may be requested by management to verify age and identity.
• Individuals with physical or mental impairments that pose a risk to players or others may be restricted from participation.

Equipment and Attire:

Proper athletic attire is mandatory.

• Jewelry, watches, bandanas, or hats are not permitted on the field.
• Knee braces, ankle braces, and casts must be padded and covered for safety.

Game Length and Format:

Games consist of two 14-minute halves separated by a 2-minute halftime.

• Each team comprises 10 field players and one goalkeeper, with unlimited on-the-fly substitutions.

Miscellaneous Rules:

• No slide tackling, foul language, or spitting allowed during games.
• Food, candy, or gum are prohibited on the field.
• Goalies may slide within the box but may face penalties for fouls.
• Free substitutions are permitted throughout the game for fluid gameplay.

These rules are designed to ensure fair play, safety, and a positive experience for all participants in the Colorado Champions League.
